About Us
There is a creature that lives deep in the amazon jungle. A creature that makes the trees creak, and the branches sway from side to side. Its blood curdling roar will wake up your ears and make you take notice, even from miles away. Its howl can achieve almost 130db, making it the loudest land animal on planet earth. That animal, is the howler monkey.
We found these animals so inspiring and powerful that when we were forming our company it was unanimously obvious that we would name ourselves after them. Here at Howler Monkey Records we pride ourselves in giving you big sounds, big music and big talent.
We love real music. We love music played by real people, on real instruments with real skill. We don’t skimp on talent and we don’t skimp on quality. We aren’t here to pump out cheap clichés. We aren’t here to give you fake sounds, fake instruments or auto tuned singers. We are here to make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, make you feel, make you move.
